[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]At Skoenne Ting we do our best to show and explain flaws, wear and tear. In general all items are in good – but used – condition. You cannot expect an item to be as new, unless it is clearly stated in the item description.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]Examples of flaws and defects:
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Pottery (stoneware, earthenware, porcelain and faience)[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The item may have small cracks, shards, crackling, glaze failures or other small flaws.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Glass (clear, coloured)[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The item may have small shards, cracks, discolouration, bubbles, colour flaws or other flaws.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Textiles[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The item may look slightly worn, seams can be torn, stains may occur, slight discolouration or colour differences.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Lamp shades[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Shades sold with a lamps may have small stains, discolouration, colour differences, bends or other signs that the item is second hand.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Lamps[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Lamps are sold with and without lamp. [/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Have you regretted your purchase? You can always return the item and get a refund. However, you must pay return fees and Skoenne Ting will refund you the purchase amount within 4-5 week days after confirming that the item is received without any damages.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Is the item damaged upon receipt?
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Transport damages do happen, however very rarely.
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Skoenne Ting sell retro and second hand, and in most cases we cannot offer a similar replacement item.If you should receive a damaged item, it is very important that you get in touch with the transport company before you contact us!
Create your claim with the transport company. Then you get in touch with Skoenne Ting at hej@skoenneting.dk and inform us about the damage, claim no. if available, phone number and when we can contact you. Please attach any documentation and photos if possible.
